I'm Eden! :D I'm a fulltime writer and editor for a cybersecurity site but my "hobby passion" is interior design. I've been obsessed with all forms of interior design since I was a lil nanka, from apps and games to IRL projects. Cue the FF14 housing obsession.But in addition to housing, I main a Miqo'te (WHM) on Chaos/Spriggan. What are my prices?I charge 15 million for smalls, 22 million for mediums, and 30 million for larges. I require this fee in full upfront before working on your house in-game.What about furniture?I require a furniture allowance to cover some of the furniture in addition to my fee. However, I will not ask for more if I exceed this furniture allowance.Smalls - 5mil
Mediums - 7mil
Larges - 10milThat said, if you want many expensive items (flagstone lofts, verdant partitions, etc.), discussion about increasing furniture budget will be necessary.What servers do I design for?Since I now require my full fee upfront, I accept commissions on all DCs. If I don't have a character on your server, it'll take me approximately 3-5 hours to level one.What is your refund policy?I don't offer refunds. It's your responsibility to ensure I'm the right designer for you. Make note of how big (or small) my builds are, my style, etc. before commissioning me. Really! Seriously! Look at recent builds on Twitter or ask me in DMs. I update my discord and Twitter more than my website, so don't rely on that.

What designs can I do?I love cozy, modern homes, no matter the theme or colors. But I'm open to ideas. We can discuss it before you commission me & I'll send you my questionnaire. Reference pics (FF14 builds, IRL pics, etc.) are welcome. Note that I don't recreate other designers' builds (inspo is fine).**Is it necessary to cut off one or more floors? **I only accept 1-floor builds that utilize some of the ground floor. I don't compromise here, sorry.NOTE: the only house size where I utilize most of the ground floor are smalls. Please look at my recent builds to get an idea of how big Mediums and Larges are, as I don't utilize the ENTIRE ground floor...ever.How long will it take me to design your house?It depends, lately I am taking longer to complete builds. Plan for a month or so. ♥ See my waitlist for updated info.What if I want something changed when you're done?First, you must complete my questionnaire to the best of your ability (message me to get it). Make it as detailed as possible - share pictures, layout ideas, list the rooms you want in order of most desired, colors to use, furniture, etc.If you decide mid-way through the design that you want something that wasn't properly detailed in the questionnaire, I cannot guarantee I will do it. It will depend on the request. Especially if it's in regard to the layout.I also do not accept big changes after the design is complete. Aesthetic things like tabletop items are fine.
